Tour Itinerary

Day 1

London – Calais – Paris (Distance: 460 Kms)

Today morning join up with your coach and depart towards Dover or Folkestone for your crossing to Calais; you will require your passports at hand as we will cross the UK and French immigration, as well as security. The crossing on the ferry will last approx. 90 Minutes; 40 minutes if the crossing is from the Euro Tunnel train.

Once we are in mainland Europe, we make our way directly towards Paris. We will be crossing through Northern France, whilst we make our way towards Paris. On route, we will make a short stop at the service station. The stop will only sell continental food, and there will be no fast food restaurants located within the services so make sure you are prepared.

We will be covering quite a distance today to reach Paris, so ensure you carry your key essentials and devices for your entertainment for the journey.

We expect to arrive in Paris, in the early evening. We then make our way back to the centre of Paris, where we embark on the famous “Bateaux” cruises of Paris for our one-hour cruise along the River Seine, we cover the stunning architecture that Paris has to offer on sights such as the Grand Palais, Petite Palais, Pont Alexandre 3rd bridge, National Assembly, Invalides and of course the spectacular Eiffel Tower. The glass-covered boat is at your disposal, choose to sit inside or outside whilst listening to the commentary of the sights.

We enjoy a delicious Indian meal at the restaurant before boarding our coach and making our way to the hotel for our three-night stay. Get a good night’s sleep as more wonders await you tomorrow.

We Highly recommend that you spend today in Disneyland® Park as it is the larger of the two theme parks, and you can also observe the celebrated closing ceremony parade and show.

At Disneyland® Park; explore the five themed lands filled with Disney classic stories and fairy tales. Spanning 140 acres, it is dedicated to Disney characters creating fairy tales for all. The park is home to the famous “Le Château de la Belle au Bois Dormant”, a replica of the fairy tale castle seen in Disney’s 1959 animated film Sleeping Beauty.

Disneyland® Park is filled with classic attractions, shows and street parades. Rub shoulders with swashbuckling pirates, zoom through time and space and look on in awe at the unforgettable firework and light displays over Sleeping Beauty Castle at night, and meet your favourite Disney characters in all their glory.

Day 4

Paris – Calais – London (Distance: 460 Kms)

Today morning we check out of the hotel after breakfast and load the luggage depending on your final drop off point.

We then make our way back to the centre of Paris, where we make our way to the renowned, and world recognised the Eiffel Tower. Your journey will take you to the top of the Eiffel Tower (level 3*). It should be noted that as the Eiffel Tower is the worlds most visited paid monument you should expect long security and ticket queues as reservations are not always available. Additionally, you will be provided tickets for the highest floor possible, should the top floor ticket not be available or closed then the ticket difference will be reimbursed to you on the completion of your tour. On instances we may conduct Montparnasse Tower, where the Eiffel Tower is closed due to national holidays, Bastille day parades etc., or non-operational due to any other reason, an advanced warning will not be given in relation to the change of monument.

Whilst travelling around Paris over the last few days we would have covered various other sights including the Vendome, home to the Ritz Hotel; Concorde square made famous during the French revolution and Avenue des Champs Élysées, the largest tree-lined boulevard in Paris.

After leaving Paris, we head to enjoy an Indian lunch before continuing our journey towards Calais. Once we reach Calais, we re-enter the UK through either Dover or Folkestone, depending on our tour’s crossing schedule for the day. In France the currency that you will need is Euros.

We also advise our passengers to keep some change in coins on them whilst on tour as using toilets in many parts of Europe is not free.

USD, GBP or travellers’ cheques are not widely accepted at locations in this tour.

An important point to note whilst on a touring holiday is that some long journeys are unavoidable especially when travelling from city to city.

It is advisable passengers carry necessities that they may need for the day such as water, dry snacks, cameras etc. with them in their hand luggage.

Not all hotels in this tour will have air-conditioning so you should carry a small portable fan with you especially during the summer months.

Please also note that not all hotels provide a kettle so if hot water is required for warming milk etc. in the hotel then it is advisable to carry a bottle warmer/kettle as well as a thermos flask. If you use services such as the phone or mini-bar or pay TV whilst in your room, you will have to pay the hotel directly when you check out; these services are not included in your tour cost.
